I know you were all used to seeing my creative side on my blog but today I decided to give my blog a face lift and change the content and meaning of my blog. I recently decided that it was time to take control of my life and get healthy. To help me be successful I decided what better way than to invite everyone to cheer me on and watch me go through my transformation with Visalus and the 90 day Body by Vi challenge.
